Shipping Policy
What does ”available on backorder” mean?
This means that the product is currently not in stock at The IndianStore.nl . You can still order the article, and The IndianStore.nl will then order the article at the supplier. In general the delay on backordered articles is 2 to 3 weeks time. Orders containing backordered items are shipped when all articles are back in stock. If the foreseen delay is more than 3 weeks, then we will contact the customer to see what we can do.

All completed orders (after full and final payment) before 12.00 pm on weekdays may be shipped on the same day and delivered to you next working day in The Netherlands. Please be aware that this is a general practice and there may be chances of maximum delay of up to 2 days in extra ordinary situation.
Refund Policy
Product Exchange Terms:
We do maintain ample product inventory at our warehouse and list them on our website for selling but at times we might get the situation of out of product after customer makes an order due to damage or any other mistake.
Company will follow following procedure in that situation.
1) We will call customer to check and update the incoming inventory and delay the shipment accordingly.
2) We will call customer and check if replacement product can be offered.
3) We shall replace with an alternative brand of the same product. For example if you had ordered for TRS Toor dhal we shall replace it with other brands like heera or ours.
4) We will ship the parcel without that product and issue a refund of product value.
Note: Refunds will be processed only through InsianStore wallet which can be used in your next purchase. We cannot not refund the amount to your bank account as per the company policies.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
You may place a request for return of a product by Sending us email at contact@indianstore.nl with providing your order number. We will accept return of all products other than the products sold with promotional offer.
In case of return, following guidelines will be used.
• The return will be accepted only with prior permission from the Company.
• Return request should be sent within 14 working days of delivery
• Only unopened product with original packing will qualify for return
• The product need to properly packed and return the goods to avoid any damage and send it to our return
address, the postage for the return order will be paid by the customer
• Once goods are received and inspected and everything is in order, we shall raise the IndianStore.nl coupon (Credit Note) of order amount will be sent through your indianstore wallet.
• Please keep receipt of shipment till the refund is received from us.
• In case of any kind of return company will only issue IndianStore Coupon code (credit note) which can be used in your next purchases.
• In case if the product is not delivered within 30 days the order can be canceled the order value amount will be refunded

Out of Warranty products:
We take care of the warranty date of all the product to ensure that ample time would be available to consume it the calculation is based on normal consumption of the product.
In by an chance if product is received expired or near to expiry date due to human or clerical error customer can request for the return of that product with refund and customer have to provide the proof (such as images, bar code details etc.) to verify the products and once it is verified the refund will be progressed.

Note: Any Packed company Product is not in good condition inside the packed packet we will not be responsible for the product and we will not be able to exchange or we accept the return of the product.
